CSS welcomes everyone, regardless of age, capability, or experience. For those new to fitness, we'll take you by the hand and show you the ropes. If you're looking to be challenged, we'll provide the intensity that's necessary to take you beyond your previous limits. There is no such thing as too fit or too out of shape! We'll assess the level you're starting from, and use a progressive approach to help you reach your goals.
We aim to teach our clients lifelong healthy habits, that will have you looking and feeling amazing!
You'll never be lost in the crowds of a typical commercial gym setting. In a CSS class, we'll get to know YOU! Your fitness level, your likes, dislikes, ailments, etc, all help us guide you to get the most out of the session. Our trainers will go over safety techniques and are extremely attentive to each participant, making sure you are engaged, in correct form, and most of all, feeling good! As the class flows, we'll introduce modifications and progressions that ensure all participants are both moving safely and feeling that wonderful burn.
Naturally, your fitness level will benefit with the more classes you attend, and additionally, we as instructors will develop a connection to you! We'll amplify your strengths and work to overcome your weaknesses, personally motivating you to finish proud...and leave with a feeling of accomplishment.

We combine fitness, nutrition, mindset and accountability in a program that can be done in the privacy of your home, at your convenience.

A one-of-a-kind experience offering personal training, nutritional planning and access to all public classes!

Never a one-size-fits-all, we offer a range of programs suitable to any goal - whether it be body re-shaping, fueling for a favorite sport or activity, or simply to learn the fundamentals of clean eating. An individual consult is required in order for us to determine which is the best fit for you!
