Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

An intense but low-impact workout, it’s suitable to all fitness levels, as participants may ride at their own pace. The classes are lead by certified group cycling instructors, who take you through an energizing ride filled with various drills and music to keep you fired up! Empower yourself in Everyday Life
In this physical movement and meditative session, you will be coached to connect your Mind and Body through a series of functional movements, balance and strength conditioning. You’ll begin by grounding yourself to the present moment, enabling you to be within yourself. Your guide will help you to focus on breath and the form and integrity of each posture while providing hands-on, tactile feedback throughout the session. You’ll move into a more deliberate cardio and strength workout accompanied by energizing and powerful music. Class will then flow into short stretching and meditation mode, allowing your body to settle back into the earth, feeling rejuvenated with new perspective.

Think of interval training with a twist. This class will focus on strength, agility, balance, core and endurance. Each class will consist of individual and group drills, so you can push each other to new heights and focus on your own goals. Functional Interval Training
Achieve a supreme fat burn in this timed-interval formatted workout! Bodyweight and light dumbbell moves are teamed up with cardio calisthenics and plyometric drills to keep the heart rate up. This class is for the truly fit!

Barre Above™ fuses the very best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training. You don’t need to worry about dance experience. Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout that will lengthen, strengthen and tone your body.

This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. You'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.
